Tahoe Basin Event Steering Committee

The Steering Committee includes representatives of state and local government, non-profit organizations (environmental and property rights), business and tourism interests and the Washo Tribe. The Steering Committee sponsored the May 27 and 28, 1997, Community Meetings to spotlight themes, issues, goals and outcomes in cooperation with regional and federal coordinating committees.
