Sustainability | Enhancing environmental education through a community project based process which engages both environmental and human needs. |

A foundational piece of this project rests on the Kettering Dialogue process originally developed by the Kettering Foundation, Dayton, Ohio. This process is particularly useful when addressing complex issues whose problems may seem particularly immune to solutions and where the conversation contains several distinct voices. Certainly issues concerning sustainable development are value laden and tend to arouse strong emotions in everyone affected. The Kettering process offers an inclusive means to hear all voices and explore the deeper motivations underneath choices and decisions that are critical to diverse groups of people.
